Service availability depends on your business location and processing provider. A provider’s general geographic coverage does not establish eligibility for every service or business.
Providers and agreements
Payment processing is governed by the agreement applicable to your account. Refer to that agreement for the processing provider, acquiring bank, fees, funding conditions, and any required notices. This page does not identify Elephant Pay as a bank or attribute another company’s registrations to Elephant Pay.
Pricing programs
Dual pricing, cash discounts, and surcharges have different requirements. State rules and card-network requirements can affect displayed prices, eligible cards, receipts, and program availability. Review the conditions applicable to your location before using a pricing program.
