They do not replace a merchant-processing, equipment, partner, or other separately agreed service contract.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating with Elephant Pay. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Access only information and accounts you are entitled to use.
Account responsibilities
Protect your credentials and the email account associated with your sign-in. Do not share credentials with unauthorized people or try to access another customer’s or merchant’s records. Report suspected unauthorized access to security@elephantpays.com.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the site for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, or interference with the service or other users. Do not submit information you have no right to share or attempt security testing without authorization.
Service availability
Services depend on your business location, eligibility, processing provider, technical setup, and the applicable agreement. A page describing a service is not approval of an application, a commitment to provide credit, or a guarantee of settlement timing or financial results.
Offers and separate agreements
Pricing, funding, equipment, cashback, giving, referral compensation, and other program conditions are governed by the relevant written offer or agreement. Illustrations and calculators are not a substitute for those conditions. If an agreed service contract differs from general website information, refer to that contract for the service it governs.
Bills and purchases
The business that issues a bill or sells goods or services is responsible for the underlying transaction according to its agreement with the customer. Contact that business about the bill, purchase, or requested refund. These website terms do not waive any rights available under applicable law.
