Access, correction, or deletion
Email privacy@elephantpays.com with the type of request, the service involved, and the email associated with your interaction. You can also use the postal address on the Privacy Requests page. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
Browser storage
You can inspect or remove site storage through your browser. The Cookie Policy explains the public website’s animation and loading preferences and the effects of clearing storage.
Advertising and opt-out requests
The current public website does not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If you want to exercise an applicable right relating to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, describe your request to privacy@elephantpays.com. A privacy-request email is not a cookie-settings toggle, and browser signals should not be assumed to confirm completion of an account-level request.
Communications
To ask about communications from Elephant Pay, contact the sender or help@elephantpays.com. A preference about promotional messages does not necessarily stop messages needed for an existing account, a requested service, or security.
