Card and state requirements
State law and card-network rules affect the permitted configuration. Credit-card surcharge instructions must not be applied automatically to debit or prepaid cards.
Before activation
Use the program instructions applicable to your business location and processor, including signage, receipt configuration, and staff guidance. Review the merchant agreement for all fees and equipment conditions.
